Electrical applications are often requested to function in extreme temperature, humidity and voltages environments, therefore laboratory analyses are of basilar importance to assess laminates quality and to prevent severe field failures such as CAF phenomenon, delamination and blistering. Preventlab is equipped by a complete thermal modules line to qualify laminates or to do on a not proper material a failure diagnosis.

In our laboratory the main dielectrics characteristics such as TG, water absorption, CTE, TD and TTD can be obtained to study and compare insulating base materials.
